As a young boy, Matt L. Fleming always dreamed of owning his own business. As he aged to a young adult, he developed a fondness for coffee and decided that one day he would open a coffee shop with delicious pastries and awesome coffee.

As time progressed, his fondness for coffee developed into a passion. This was largely due to his development and continued interest in the craft of roasting which soon led him to have a change of heart. Instead of the coffee Shop, he began focusing on his own brand of coffee.

Thus was born Java Jazz Cafe' Coffee! 

Matt has enjoyed drinking coffee for 30 years and about 15 of those 30 were dedicated to a profound love for roasting. In addition, Matthew L. Fleming A.K.A Matty Flemz is a jazz musician With a unwavering focus on the trumpet. He has spent 40+ years mastering his craft in music and you can hear it. With the love of jazz music and the appreciation for a great cup of coffee, the two are now married in the name of our brand.

Constantly studying and creating different blends of coffee, we offer premium products to the public—commercial and residential.
